AOPA:  China to open up skies to general aviation aircraft
China plans to open some of its low-altitude airspace to general aviation traffic, which should give aviation companies a boost. “We are trying to be a world-class general aviation solution provider by 2020,” said Xu Zhanbin, vice general manager of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, a state-owned company.
