I was just thinking…NextGen could cost up to $22 Billion? Let’s think about that….

NextGen better land the plane for me and make an outstanding cup of coffee!!!

I have read plenty of articles recently about the Federal Government’s massive push for “NextGen”.  Estimates put it’s total cost of implementation at upwards of $22 Billion by the year 2020.  I am no CPA, but I just whipped out my calculator and came up with an astonishing discovery!

There are approximately 220,000 airplanes in the USA.  $22 Billion is enough to give each aircraft owner a check for $100,000.00!!  That aught to put a pucker in your back pocket!!! …avtrendguru
