AeroPro Avionics LLC is an FAA Certified Repair Station Holding Radio 1, Radio 2, Limited Radio 3, Limited Airframe, Limited Instrument Ratings.  We are located at Elyria Airport (1G1) approx. 20 miles southwest of Cleveland, Ohio under the 3000 ft tier of the KCLE Class B airspace (4.3 miles on the 123 radial of Dryer DJB VORTAC).  We have been in business at this location since 2003.  We are distributors for Garmin International, Aspen Avionics, Avidyne Avionics, JP Instruments, Mid-Continent Instruments, Appareo Avionics, Stratus Avionics, as well as many other fine avionics manufacturers.  We are in the process of obtaining Bendix/King, and S-Tec Autopilot dealerships and expect approval in the 2nd quarter of 2016.1g1SECT1150

daleBWDale Berger, AeroPro Avionics Accountable Manager, is a 35 year component-level Aviation/Electronics repair/Avionics retrofit expert.  Communications Electronics Technician since 1982.  IT Administration since 1983.  He has held an FCC General Radiotelephone with Ship Radar license since 1985.  Private Pilot since 1986.  FAA Certified Avionics Repairman/Inspector since 1988.  Autopilot and Transponder specialist since 1988.  CAD designer since 1990.  FAA Certified Repair Station Chief Inspector since 1994.  Started 3 Avionics Shops.  College:  Business Administration/Marketing.   6 year USAF Veteran.

Mike Berger, AeroPro Avionics Lead Installer, is a 16 year Avionics retrofit expert.  He has lead the installation of complex avionics systems in airframes as simple as a Cessna 150, and as complex as an Embraer Brasilia EMB-120ER regional airliner.  Mike began with Gateway Avionics in 1995, Partnered in the formation of Great Lakes Avionics in 1999, and launched AeroPro Avionics in 2003 at it’s present location, Elyria Airport (1G1)
