FAA unhappy with Aircraft Manufacturers over FDRs and CVRs

The FAA is not pleased (“seriously disappointed”) with jet makers lack of effort to improve Flight Data and Cockpit Voice Recorders on newer planes, upgrades which were mandated years ago.  (AOPA) (Wall Street Journal)
